thank you. i’ve made it through the worst of my depression. i still deal with it but instead of ‘suffering’ from depression i want to say that i’m ‘inconvenienced’ by it. i want to be proof to people that it’s possible to make it through. i want people currently suffering to look up to me and see that there is hope and that they shouldnt give up.
i am proof that there is hope.
